PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY
Management of the event has made available a very limited number of the following tickets:
- General Admission – Friday $95 + $5 fees = $110 total
- General Admission – Saturday $95 + $15 fees = $110 total
- General Admission – Sunday $95 + $15 fees = $110 total
- General Admission – 3 day $220 + $20 fees = $240 total
Our allotment of each ticket type is limited. This form serves as a request form only, for the right to purchase the requested tickets. Filling out this form does not guarantee that you will receive tickets. This is not a sweepstakes or “give-away,” but rather, a random selection process for those persons wishing to purchase tickets to the event. You are not actually purchasing anything at this time. No purchase is necessary to submit your request online; and by submitting your request you are not obligated to make any purchase.
You may request up to two tickets of each ticket type (a maximum of eight tickets), but your entire ticket request for all tickets must be placed at one time. Only one ticket request will be accepted per customer. We will be filtering out multiple ticket requests made by the same credit card or by the same person at the same billing address using different credit cards. Attempts to make multiple ticket requests by the same cardholder at the same address may result in a low priority assignment or even rejection of your requests, in management’s sole discretion.
The deadline for submitting your ticket request is Monday, May 27, 2013, at 11:59 PM EDT. All requests, regardless of when they are submitted during the request period, are treated equally in the system. All orders are subject to availability, and we may not be able to fulfill every request that we receive.
Winners will be selected at random and notified via email on or before Wednesday, May 29th. All notifications will be sent via email to the email address you provide in your ticket request. If you receive the opportunity to purchase tickets, you will receive an email containing a unique URL through which to make your purchase. The URL will only work for 48 hours, so be sure to complete your purchase in a timely manner.
